Refund policy
We have a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, in the same condition as received
In original packaging (all parts, inserts, accessories)
With proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip)
Non-returnable items: gift cards; items marked final sale; items showing wear, modification, or damage not due to transit/manufacturing.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Contact us at support@lunsett.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and email you a pre-paid return label plus instructions.
- Pack the item securely; include the packing slip/RMA inside the box.
Important: Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping Cost
We provide one pre-paid return label per order.
If you choose to ship by another method, we can’t reimburse those costs.
If the item is defective/damaged/incorrect, the pre-paid label fully covers return shipping.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. (If your return is approved, we typically issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the return; see below.)
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (if applicable)
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our 30-day policy where applicable.
Refunds
We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Your bank or card issuer may take up to 7 business days to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at support@lunsett.com.
